1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a cleaning service with Maison Randall Home Services ("Maison Randall," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Maison Randall provides residential cleaning services in Northern Virginia, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. The specific scope of each service is described on our website and in your booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered Pending until a valid payment method is on file. Once a card is provided and authorized, your booking status changes to Confirmed.

Pending bookings that do not have a payment method added within 2 hours of creation will be automatically cancelled and the time slot will be released.

You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the contact information provided is accurate.

4. Payment

We require a valid credit or debit card on file for all bookings. A pre-authorization hold may be placed on your card 24 hours before your scheduled service. Your card will be charged upon completion of the service.

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any confirmed booking will be honored at the price quoted at the time of booking.

By providing your payment information, you authorize Maison Randall to charge the card on file for services rendered, including any applicable add-ons selected at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full cancellation or rescheduling at no charge.
  • 24–48 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total may apply.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking total may apply.
  • No-show / lockout: If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the full booking amount will be charged.

6. Access to Property

You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes providing accurate entry instructions (lockbox codes, key locations, doorman information, etc.) at the time of booking.

Maison Randall and its staff are not responsible for any damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete access instructions provided by the client.

7. Liability & Damage

Our team takes great care in your home. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our staff, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate and work with you toward a fair resolution.

Maison Randall is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
  • Items of exceptional value not disclosed prior to service
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or structural defects
  • Loss of items not secured or stored appropriately

8. SMS & Text Message Communications

By opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Maison Randall regarding your bookings, appointment reminders, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by updating your account preferences. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@maisonrandallhomeservices.com.

We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent data are never shared with anyone for any purpose.

Maison Randall Home Services Messaging Terms and Conditions

  1. The messaging program consists of standard notifications about customers' purchases or relationship with our business, general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, promotional offers or discounts, and promotion of our products and services.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@maisonrandallhomeservices.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  6. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
