Our Policies

Booking Policy

Please review our policies before booking to ensure a smooth experience.

Scheduling & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made at least 28 hours in advance.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.
  • We recommend booking 3–7 days in advance to ensure availability.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment free of charge with 48+ hours notice.
  • Rescheduling within 24–48 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
  • To reschedule, contact us via phone, email, or through the website.

Cancellations

  • 48+ hours notice: Full cancellation at no charge.
  • 24–48 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total may apply.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: A fee of up to 100% of the booking total may apply.
  • No-show / lockout: The full booking amount will be charged.

Access & Entry

  • Please ensure we have a way to access your home at the scheduled time (key, lockbox, smart lock, etc.).
  • If our team cannot access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, it will be treated as a no-show.
  • Pets should be secured in a safe area during the cleaning.

Payment

  • Payment is processed after the cleaning is completed.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.
  • Tips are not required but always appreciated.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you're not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of your cleaning.
  • If the issue is validated a within the original service scope, we'll send a team back to re-clean the areas of concern at no extra charge.
  • Our team is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
